I’m Connie, and I’m so glad you’re here. Based in the beautiful countryside of East Sussex, I share my love for yoga, kirtan, meditation, and mindfulness with a variety of classes, workshops, and retreats designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Yoga has been a profound part of my own journey — helping me process grief and find clarity during challenging times. Through movement, meditation & mantra, I’ve experienced how deeply healing this practice can be, and I’m passionate about guiding others to explore the same gentle, transformative path.
I’m a 600-hour trained yoga teacher, sound healer, and Reiki practitioner, and I bring these tools into all my classes and workshops to create a space that supports emotional balance, relaxation, and inner calm.
Whether you join a vinyasa flow, gentle Yin session, heart-opening kirtan, or a restorative workshop, you’ll find a welcoming, safe space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. My classes are for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Heart Awakening Kirtan
I’m thrilled to be sharing the beautiful practice of Bhakti Yoga with the community of Eastbourne and East Sussex.
Join us for monthly Kirtan evenings with live musicians, hosted at various venues across Eastbourne, where we gather to chant, connect, and immerse ourselves in the healing vibration of sound.
Kirtan, which comes from a Sanskrit root meaning “to cut through”, is a call-and-response style of chanting that helps quiet the mind, awaken the heart, and bring you fully into the present moment through vibration and music. You don’t need to be a singer or experienced yogi — just come as you are, connect with like-minded souls, and experience the deep joy and meditative bliss of Eastbourne Kirtan sessions.

Designed to awaken your body and mind for the day ahead. This all-levels class combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, finishing with a short relaxation to help you feel grounded, present, and ready to step into Friday.
