4 Day Summer Yoga Retreat in Nature
Glastonbury, UK

“Awaken in Avalon”

9th - 12th August, 2024

I am so excited to bring you on a transformative 4 day yoga retreat in the mystical haven of Glastonbury…

Settle into cosy glamping safari lodges or charming cottages nestled amidst nature, providing the perfect sanctuary for healing.

The aim of this retreat is to meet you where you’re at, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, the classes & workshops will be tailored to all - whether you’re looking to dip your toes into Yoga or looking to deepen your already existing practice & learn more about the Eastern traditions, this weekend will open your mind & create space for expansion to happen.

Each day looks different, from playful, explorative Vinyasa flows to awaken your body and soul, to soothing Yin sessions to delve deeper into relaxation and restoration.

Experience the heart-opening melodies of Kirtan, traditional Indian chanting, uplifting your spirit and connecting you with the vibrant energy of the community & surrender to the healing vibrations of sound therapy, as resonant frequencies guide you towards inner peace and rejuvenation.

Guest teacher Leah will be guiding you through a conscious connected breathwork session with Reiki - this will be an amazing opportunity to experience the unique transformative effects of breathwork - conscious connected breath is both extremely powerful and gentle.

Venture beyond the retreat grounds with our tour guide Will, for a pilgrimage to the iconic Glastonbury Tor, where ancient legends intertwine with breathtaking views, and the sacred Chalice Wells await with their mystical waters and tranquil gardens.

Although there is a lot planned for this long weekend, there is also plenty of time and space for you to rest and rejuvenate, read your favourite book, spend time in nature, hang out with your new retreat friends, or book in for a 1:1 private session with massage therapist Will or Reiki master Leah.

Meet the team

Connie Rose

Connie here, your retreat host <3 If you’ve landed on this page, it’s likely that you might already know me.
My spiritual journey began at 18, seeking solace amidst life's turbulence. Yoga became my anchor, guiding me through uncertainty and reconnecting me with myself.
In 2019, I journeyed to India for my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, a profound experience that ignited my purpose. Since then, I've been sharing the transformative power of yoga through classes & workshops, weaving in my newfound knowledge of Sound Healing.
In 2023, I felt the calling to return to India where I deepened my practice & expanded my knowledge, qualifying as a 500hr Yoga Teacher. Today, I teach Vinyasa & Yin combined with the music medicine practices of Bhakti & Sound Healing, creating a sanctuary where others can find peace and healing on their own paths.
I'm passionate about creating a space where you can playfully explore yoga while also finding moments of deep healing. Let's embark on this transformative experience together, blending laughter, mindfulness, and the power of sound to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

Will Hunt

Meet Will, my right-hand man & retreat assistant who I feel so blessed to have joining us. Will is a multi-talented human whose passion for holistic well-being, creativity, and exploration knows no bounds.
Will is a Level 3 holistic massage therapist, skilled in the art of healing touch. With a compassionate and intuitive approach, he helps clients release tension, restore harmony, and rejuvenate their bodies and minds.

Whether documenting breathtaking landscapes or candid moments of human connection, his photography reflects his keen eye for detail and love of adventure. He will be capturing the magic of the retreat.
With his diverse skill set and boundless passion for helping others, Will is truly a kind soul dedicated to enriching lives and spreading joy wherever he goes. I can assure you, you will feel safe and warm within his company.

Leah Clara

Reiki Master Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator. My training began with “Corrective High performance Exercise Coaching & Kinesiology” (aka CHECK Coaching) and working as a Sports Massage therapist, which all had a heavy focus on natural movement, physiology, and balancing the energy systems. This training led me towards the mind, soul & body work I do now.

My approach is unique as I combine a grounded scientific knowledge with spiritual practice. I am passionate about facilitating a sacred space for individuals to liberate themselves and connect to their own essence. Through Breathwork and Reiki, I hold space for you to meet yourself where you are at, guide you towards regulating your nervous system and compassionately integrate the subconscious emotional charges that are no longer serving you!
